The Gribble Family is announcing that
Goodwood Gardens has sold its retail garden centre division and welcome the new
owners, Goodwood Nurseries Ltd.
In 1974, Goodwood Gardens began selling bedding plants at
their roadside market garden stand. Through the years we have grown into a full
service garden centre. After 33 seasons, we have decided to close the doors of
our retail garden centre. Marlene (Mom) is looking forward to retirement and
David would like to focus his time on landscaping through his new company
Gribble Landscape Creations (GLC).
We appreciate the loyalty of our customers over the years,
many who have come to be our good friends. We are also grateful to have been
blessed with dedicated staff who we think of as part of our family. It is with
ease that we can sincerely say “Thank you” but it is with difficulty that we
say “Goodbye”.
